Subscriptions

By subscribing to our mailing list you agree to provide us with accurate, complete and updated information. We may need to use this information to contact you. The Services are not intended for and may not be used by anyone under the age of 18. By using the Services, you represent that you're at least 18.

Events

Due to the manifesto of the organisation, events may only be attended by individuals who are supportive of the cause to bring more ethnicity to property. Our events are open to BAME and non-BAME members.

We reserve the right to remove any members from the organisation, mailing list and future events if they are deemed as acting unruly or disruptive during events that are hosted by or in association with BAME in Property.

Photos

During our events we reserve the right to take photographs of the event, which may include individuals, to post on our social media and marketing platforms. We also reserve the right to pass these photographs to the company who sponsored the event to be included in their own marketing content if requested.

Content

Our Service allows you to keep up to date with our events and other news that we believe may be of interest to you. BAME in Property own the intellectual property on the site, subscribers will be given the right to share any article / information.

We welcome your feedback, ideas or suggestions (“Feedback”), but you agree that we may use your Feedback without any restriction or obligation to you, even after this Agreement is terminated.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by BAME in Property.

BAME in Property has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. BAME in Property may share quantitate data with sponsors and potential sponsors for the benefit and sole purpose of securing further funding. No personal/sensitive data collected through this website will be shared with any other party.
